Where do I even begin. I can summarize my 2 year stint at the Station as utterly horrific. Because I know not everyone will read all the way to the end, run as far away as you can from the station. Eugene, Oregon. Old appliances. Dirty carpets. Repairs are not fixed, but bandaged. Appliances repaired by taking parts from other old appliances in empty apartments. Unfriendly staff. I had to file a Fair Housing complaint to get automatic doors installed in order to enter the building. A fitness center, which creates excessive noise, began to rent a space in the building. Management has done nothing to appease the tenants. This is a lousy company.

Greystar allowed a leak in my roof to continue until the ceiling collapsed on my dog in his kennel. They continually stated that this has been fixed although we were sending pictures, videos, and evidence of mold to them. Still they did not reply with any helpful information, advice, or maintenance. They continually blamed third parties for their stupid mistakes and basically refused to service us until our insurance stated they are liable due to the 7 weeks of negligence. I moved in 6 months ago and had been enjoying the community for the most part. Most everyone living here is kind and nice. However, after these 6 months, the noise levels from adjacent apartments has become undesirable. You can hear every neighbor, the doors slamming, the music and the noise from floors above you are terrible. My quality of life and been impacted, and my work is suffering. It appears the apartment complex Broadstone Skyline has a contract with a towing service North Freeway Auto Storage located at 5901 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77076. This place is something out of a horror movie. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and downright UNPROFESSIONAL. It's amazing that they are still in business. Anyone who has a contract with them (Apartment complexes) should be ashamed of themselves. THEY DESERVE A "0".
If I could have given negative stars I would have...DO NOT RENT here! This has hands down been the worst experience in renting I have ever had- on all accounts. Do not be fooled!! The pictures are very deceptive! None of the apartments look like they are advertised, and the amenities are never open. Greystar management company is a very pathetic and none caring management company they don't care about the tenants they just want their money. I lived in Magnolia ridge apartments for awhile until the multiple sewer back ups which flooded the apart and they never cleaned up the mess it was up to the tenant not to mention the rooms that had carpet were soaked with human waste and never shampooed after the apartment flooded nor ever inspected for mold due to the flooding. One Beachmont has nice amenities and is in a convenient location. However, management is lacking. The building has just changed managers for the 3rd time in 2 years. Responses to complaints are rare and ineffective. Residents are violating ***** protocols, parking rules, amenity hours, and pet policies. Someone even keeps their motorcycle on the lawn.
