A great place to live at a beautiful location. The office and maintenance staff go out of their way to see that your needs are taken care of. I have made so many caring friends here, and there are many activities available. I’m glad that I chose Sea Forest when I downsized.

Weekly pest control. On-sight maintenance. Shuttle to grocery stores. Fee-based shuttle to dr's appointments. Close to public transportation. Central mail room.
when I moved in there was white powder around the base boards -& inside cupboards. No one advised me there were bedbugs. If I didn't pay $850 I'd would have to move or get evicted. The assignment mgr was the worse person I have ever met . The previous resident dug in the trash & brought it in, & I was responsible for the bugs. After one year I'm still checking my bed.
