Great place to live, convenient location & wonderful riverside view. The sunrise every morning is beautiful. Visitor parking is strict but easy to get used to. Good place to live while in college.

Get a 2nd floor apartment! We never turn our heat on because all the rooms around us insulate us. Plus, balcony view.
Do not leave your car unattended (resident or visitor) if you do not have a parking pass, it would get towed. $100 is the towing fee.
If you want towing in video games but suck, come play the MOOCH!

Yes parking here sucks for residents and visitors! Construction is going on 24/7 so you are always asked to move your car!
