Love it so far! 1 week in! The staff and maintenance are speedy and friendly!
We love it here so far! Nicole in the leasing office was so helpful in getting us a place and working with our schedule as we tried to sell our house. I'm so grateful for their flexibility and patience!
Great customer service! Staff are very helpful and accommodating as well. They maintain a positive and supportive attitude to all the residents. The RAB members and officers work hand in hand to make a difference by updating weekly report through newsletters and letter sent to the community for awareness purposes.
I love this community. but of course there is going to be things wrong. the best thing I see is that they're great at fixing It fast! Nicole is fantastic she is helping me and my husband do a quarters to quarters and she is very knowledgeable and patient! to be honest the whole staff is great! I recommend all my friends to The Landing!
Well, we love our place however maintenance has missed the last two service appointments. When I call to reschedule, they act like someone came out but since I am a stay at home mom who was waiting for them because of our bulldog... I know they never came out.
convenient location,spacious units but VERY small bathrooms. Lots of spiders and raccoons. Worst military housing I've ever lived in. Break-ins happen often and they don't seem to care about doing anything to stop them. This place isn't as safe as it looks But the community is nice!
