Do not waste your time or money in this place
This place is a money hungry company. You better make sure your home is tip top shape for the Queen of England or you will end up having to sell your kidney, liver and soul for them having to lift a finger. Wish their maintenance was this dire in doing anything around the house while you're currently residing there. Like my leaky windows in my INFANT SONS ROOM that would leak brown water EVERY YEAR no matter how much they "fixed it." But alas. I am being routinely displaced from my home due to negligence my landlord. There is pre-existing structural damage resulting in a wasp infestation that puts my family in harms way.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! this place is a disaster, office staff are a piece of freaking work!
Awful. Not enough characters to write everything wrong here. If your military stay away
If zero stars could be given I would. Lived here for 4 years. Navy ran it the first few which was awesome. after wards forest city/hunt took over. My advice is run far away from this place.. just looking at the move out sheet should be alarming. They are all after $$$$$$$
