Satisfied resident I have been a resident for a few months and totally satsfied with the apartment complex. The staff are very nice and take care of any issues with the apartment in a timely manner. The apartment complex is located in close proximity to fine restaurants and shops.
Great community I have lived here for 4yrs and love the community. The front desk staff is very helpful and maintenance team work pretty fast if something breaks down in our apt. The landscape is very well kept and out 2 bedroom apt is spacy and cozy.
Fantastic apartments I've been living here for over a year-and-a-half and love it I'v renewed my lease again in October all because of customer service and the ladies that work in office they are nice n always smiling and. welcoming you on any thing you might need. Love my apartment so quiet and. love the pool so clean come by and visit The Landings 6 Apar Tments you will love it here
Great place to live I love living here. Moved here in August to a 2x2. It’s great! Very spacious for all my junk. It’s a nice quiet area but also so close to a lot of good places to eat and shop! Definitely come check it out.
Place has really gone down Lived at these apartments for two years. Compared to newer places it is overpriced. You are really paying for the location. When I first moved in the complex was a nice peaceful place. Recently it seems that anyone can just move in. Neighbors are loud, rude and the pedestal that I held the complex at is now gone. Recently they struck a deal with Spectrum that will provide cable, internet and phone to all residents. Which is great but now rent is getting raised. Spacious! Love these apartments they accept any pet or dog; soon I’ll have my pet living with me, they don’t discriminate and help you out with anything! The managers are great as well. Very clean place.
I Live in 2 Bedroom I have lived here for over 4 years. I love the location and the new company has made a lot of changes. They got new pool furniture which was needed and they are adding landscaping by my area. I love this company they really know how to take care of their residents. I definitely recommend.
Worst management The landing on the 6th Worst experience 12 months of problems , A/C always broken dirty pool. Great location but over paying for bad customer service and non working pool the majority of the 12 month lease .
