Great place to live First of all I am very grateful to the administrative staff. Very cordial and friendly. Any maintenance request has been resolved quickly and effectively. The area is very central with availability to almost all needs. my family has been very satisfied since we moved. The rent seems very reasonable to me.

Great First Apartment The ladies in the front office are very kind. The maintenance department is quick to fulfill their work orders. We’ve never felt unsafe. The walls are very thick, therefore, it’s very rare to hear our neighbors. A great first apartment overall:)
Recommendable place Excellent administrative staff. Very friendly and any service that is needed, their response is almost immediate. The area is super central with many variety of businesses such as restaurants, fast food, bookstores, bakeries, various supermarkets. The area is quiet and so far the neighbors are very friendly.
My favorite home I have enjoyed living at the Landing on sixth for two years. I love The location, the privacy, and the beautiful landscaping. The grounds are very well cared for on a daily basis. I have made good friends with my neighbors. The staff go out of the way to support the residents. They are friendly and courteous. I am excited about being here for many years to come.
Great place to live Love living here. It’s quiet and haven’t had any issues up to date. The staff is always quick to answer my questions and help when needed. The apartment is nice and the carpet rooms were very clean when I moved in. I chose a 2BR 2BT and the balcony is huge! Everyone always has plants on their balcony so it’s nice to see. Animal friendly and good rules to keep it clean. Definitely recommend.
My little home I scoured all of McAllen when looking for apartments and I’m glad I decided on this gem. It’s perfectly localized. Nice and homey feeling. And the staff are amazing, maintenance is amazing. And for someone who moved in at the peak of the pandemic, I have 0 complaints.

Awesome Place to Live Staff is very helpful and responsive. Very calm and peaceful neighborhood. Kids have fun with the neighborhood playground. Pets are allowed. Love the center of the location which is surrounded by many restaurants and shopping centers.
