Horrible. Service is horrible. The people who work for the complex are very rude, never help out. Had roaches everywhere in the apartment when I moved in. They did nothing to help fix it. Apartment was all dirty when given to me. Would never recommend anyone to live here. It’s horrible and disgusting. Specially the people who work at the office are no help and very rude.
Ha! Roaches are unbelievable, management lies, if you try to break the lease they add an additional two months rent to the $1600. Roya Rosado is uncaring her response "It's rooaches their not going to go away". Like what the serious fuck?.... Stay away from these damn roach infested apartments. I am putting pictures in the comment section because this shit truly is unbelievable.
I live at the Waterview apartments on OBT Americana Boulevard the address is 4925 waterways court #422 Orlando Florida 32839. I am 30 years old I had two small children my daughter is 4 my son is 6 and he has asthma. I was admitted to the hospital at ORMC Friday November 20th for a kidney infection and was released on Thanksgiving November 26th 2015. If u love tons of roaches and bed bugs gun shots be my guest but they don't take care of this place. Don't rent from them. Even if u are the perfect tenant they will screw you in the end.
