They have several floor plan and the rent prices are affordable. Have nice size balconies. Staff is friendly.
They steal your deposit. Even if your apartment is brand new they will find something to charge you and keep your money...
Not a good place for kids. Unsafety for the cars.
First of all, when i moved Back ond september of 2015 they requested a deposit of $400.00 which the original deposit is $200.00, this Was not clear to me And i found a bit suspicious because i have a Good credit, secondly they Will charging me $300.00 pet deposit ( which i Know is not reimbursable the Main issue here is they charge My neighboor for the same size dog$150.00).
