RecommendedA great place to live, a lovely staff, and a fine community.
I’ve heard there are currently possum and rat issues that are not being taken care of properly. It’s been on going for months. Absolutely disgusting. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
RATS & RODENTS EVERYWHERE ! They do not fix , DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!
I love it here! The staff is polite and respectful. They try to help you any way they can. It's also clean and quiet. I just renewed my lease and plan on doing so for many years.

I hate seeing bad comments on here. I lived here for 2 years don’t live here anymore bc I had 3 family members pass away and was unable to pay my rent due to lack of work which means I got evicted but I still have nothing but positive things to say about these people and place. Even tho I have bad renting history I would stay here forever if I could. Don’t believe what you read. They’re just bitter old ppl that use to live here that couldn’t follow rules or left or couldn’t pay. It’s cheap and friendly and always was willing... read more

Everything it takes a arm leg ect.. to get anything fix and if you have kids beaware their rats is just about big as a cat and not to mention the family of Raccoon living amongst us.
Not a good place to live, nasty management, ugly and mean to tenant, apartment full of rats and rouches,can't trust maintenance they steel your stuff, stay the hell away from this place.

Recently moved in and am impressed with all the communication between staff and residents that is there. They offer a summer program for kids and have many events for whoever wants to take part. Their amenities are pretty great too. After school computer time and help with pretty much anything within reason. Totally love the staff and the property especially for an older property.

I love this place. I love the friendly staff. Whenever I am confused and need am explanation they are always there to help me. One thing that I had a problem with was getting things fixed. At first I was upset but I realized that I needed to have patience bc they're only 2 of them and so many apartments to fix. This is a great living area esp me being a single mother.
