Adrienne was amazing! She was incredibly kind and responsive to any and all questions I had about the home buying process. She checked in with me along the way to make sure I was completely comfortable and understood any decisions I was making. She and her team always kept me in the loop about new listings I might like and gave me extra info about the different areas around Knoxville. They're wonderful to work with!

We were new to Knoxville and got introduced to Yvonnca and the Landes team for our home search. I cannot recommend her and the team highly enough. First, Yvonnca, Adrienne, and the team are good people. Second, Yvonnca listened to our wants and needs and helped us find the right home in a fast moving market. Third, the whole team is super responsive. They knew the house we wanted would likely move fast so the team moved faster. We were under contract within hours of seeing the house.
