The Water Roll is by far the best I've ever had! The Duck Buns are a real treat, too! Chef Rob Ruiz is the absolute bomb!

I was in as soon as I knew Rob had opened the place and it was amazing!!! I was bummed he was to busy to be able to make our sushi but the gentle men who did was just as equal in his service and craft!! This traveling Texan says the Broke Da Mouth Poke is stellar. Nigiri Sushi Platter was divine. Hospitality of Dawn and RJ made it even more enjoyable- will definitely return!
The food is edible art! Chef Rob Ruiz uses local foods and sustainable fish. Ask for the chef's choice and be prepared to be amazed!
