My husband picked up dinner for my birthday from here for the fist time yesterday based on all the good reviews. We were very disappointed. The crab cakes were bland, bitter, and over cooked, I couldn't even finish one of them. The Mac and cheese was completely tasteless and had a weird texture and after taste. The food was awesome!! I enjoyed the cultural environment.. I got the barbecue ribs ,baked mac &cheese and sweet potatoes ..my boyfriend got crab cakes,mac & cheese and rice & veggie medley...we will definitely be coming back...
It's different the greens, smoothie was great but the burger with carrots in the middle let's just say I wasn't a big fan. The service, the atmosphere was great , the staff was friendly, professional, the place was Clean. I tried it but it's not my cup of tea
First vegan food I had in Baltimore and it is definitely worth the drive from the 'burbs. The mac and cheese is amazing as are the ribs and the potato salad. Didn't care for their sorrell. Totally worth it!
First time eating here and the food was amazing. The only downside was that the side of coconut curry cabbage i got was drowned in the sauce and we couldn't eat it. It was just too much. aside from that the food was just great. Will definitely return
The staff do not rep the owners of Land of Kush there personality is not that pleasant to be serving the public.The owners are inviting but as a owner of our own black establishments our staff do not understand the importance of customer services.
Yesterday was my first time there. My only complaint is, I wish the place was bigger. I got the ribs, collards, and yams. If you never tried, you won't be sorry when you do. I went with a girlfriend, and she got the mac n cheese, so I had to get that too. Let's not even talk about that delicious cornbread. We were so impressed we're going back sunday, can't wait.
