My crab cake wrap was DELICIOUS!!! When we arrived, the restaurant was super crowded packed wall to wall and out the door. However, the line was moving fairly quickly and it didn't take us very long to get to the register to place our order. The staff was friendly and we received our food pretty fast. Upon taking my first bite of my crab cake wrap, I KNEW that it was well worth the wait. The wrap was HUGE and packed full. It was loaded with so many vegetables in the crab cake and so flavorful. The food was good. The sorrel needs some ginger root and clove it was just hibiscus so I'm not a fan. I did love the ribs and the mac and cheese. The jerk kale chips were awesome. Beautiful artwork. Definitely would come out and support this business again.
Food was delicious and we received our orders quick even though it was the supper rush.
I went there today and yesterday. I chose carry out both times. I ordered the Kush ribs w/ Yams and mac & cheese. The first day I was blown away. The second day not so much. The Mac & cheese seemed a little tasteless. It was by no means horrible. The Yams were a little crunchier than the day before. The entree I ordered was Kush Rib but I’m not sure I received that. I can't rave enough over the food. I only wish their Crab Cakes were available everyday! I try to get a different entree each visit. Everything is just delicious. The "barbeque ribs" are always tangy and good. The live kale salad gives me life! I could go on and on, but you get it. Now, go get some of this great, fresh, healthy soul food and feel good not guilty.
