LOOK ELSEWHERE!! PLEASE!! I lived in this building for over a while and it was never worth the money. Landlord & management are incompetent. They never respond to emails, texts, and calls unless you threaten them. During my time, the heat did not work for most of the winter, and even though they provided us with space heaters they were not enough to keep a unit warm and constantly cut out the electric, it was FREEZING. Not Worth Your Time, Money, or Sanity I lived here for 1 year, and for an entire month during the winter the building did not have heating. Electric heaters were given that tripped breakers and posed to be a fire hazard. Roaches can be found in the laundry area, common areas, hallways, and even in the apartments no matter how clean you are. Tenants in the building are loud and throw frequent parties. horrible spoke with landlord about a tour the next day. he never showed, never answered or anything.
Haven’t even moved in yet and management is already not answering calls or emails Can’t even get an answer on leasing. I do not have time to wait around my lease is ending soon.
Communication with leasing agent stinks Be careful when dealing with Chris the leasing agent, I was hoping to move into a one bed room at the Lancaster Apartments and I was misinformed by Chris which lead to the apartment being rented by another party. Beware of bad communication when dealing with this individual.
You ALMOST get what you pay for You almost get what you pay for and you’re not paying that much... This place is fairly inexpensive compared to other nearby apartments... one of the few pros. It was completely filthy when I moved in. There were mouse traps everywhere. Food had been left in the refrigerator and pantry from the previous tenant. There are serious plumbing issues. It works for a year or two... I lived here for a year because it was close to St. Joseph's University where I attended school. To be honest, the apartments are not that bad. You get a lot of space for your buck. Kitchen/appliances are brand new. Living room area is spacious and so are bedrooms. But for the bad parts...my bathtub has rust in it so I needed to put a big mat down; sink and toilet are fine. When I moved in the place was DISGUSTING!
