I have lived here for 7 years and love the property. Office staff isn't the easiest to deal with sometimes. Not looking forward to how things will be when I move out according to many reviews about that. We will see...
~Moved here two months ago and truly it has been wonderful! Love the location of my apartment! Feel so super blessed with such a peaceful view and neighbors. There were some times that the loud voices do carry over especially around 11:00 PM but this is not always. The staff has been awesome and very attentive! As per the gates...some do piggy back but it is up to us to report and inform of any strangers coming in. We must also do our part. It is a beautiful location with great clean safe surroundings. Staff are worst , they charge always hidden fees and if you complain them , they don't reply to you ! They deduct $400.00 from our advance with no reason , community is ok but there fee cost you a lot , there is so many other community in fort Myers who charge you same kind of rent but no hidden charges, everytime gates have problem , anybody can come inside , carpets and appliennces are very old , and rent they charge you can find easily decent house in fort Myers or Cape Coral !
