There needs to be better communication and training happening. First walked in to check on availability and was told nothing would be available until June, so we left. Hitting walls everywhere else we decided to call and set up appointment a few hours later to be put on waitlist and told (just 2 hours after leaving the office) that something was available for move in on May 3rd so we said perfect we can come do paperwork and all today. My husband and new born moved to The Lakes in April of 2018, it was one of the worst decisions we could have made. The pest control was horrible, my baby was bitten multiple times by spiders and ants because of the lack of pest care in our unit. We called multiple times for pest control and kept being put off. My husband went to the leasing office to complain and still no pest control, we ended up having to call our own service.
