Beautiful property very well kept . Management is wonderful and have continued to do upgrades like the pool area upgrades and the new fire pit is such a cool addition. The staff is knowledgeable and caring and maintenance staff are very good about keeping the community clean and looking great. 5 stars !!! Live here!!!
My experience at Addison at Rossview has been amazing. From my experience touring and talking with the staff as I made my decision, to timely maintenance requests, and amenities. Love the location, love the one bedroom; great size. Highly recommend!
By far the friendliest and most helpful leasing staff I’ve ever had. The maintenance team is professional and efficient. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. I love it!
From the initial meeting throughout the rental process the staff greeted me with smiles. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. It was the beauty of the property and the genuine hospitality that sealed the deal for me. Gold stars all the way around!
Ive lived here since January of last year. I doubt anyone but Ashley could have had the energy to get me to being here (This company owes her big time, she makes this place tolerable) but I will not be renewing my lease. The maintenance company are nice people but every time they come here, instead of replacing it, it just gets rigged to work for another week or so then goes right back out. Horrible place filled with shady business practices. When we moved out we were told by an employee in the front office not to worry about our carpet because the apartment was to be renovated. We lived there for 3 years and another company had bought the property since we moved in....We Paid a pet deposit, a monthly pet fee for 3 years and they want to charge $1,128 to replace the carpet due to "pet damage". These apartments have ROACHES and BEDBUGS. The staff is neither helpful nor friendly about fixing these issues. I have been dealing with bedbugs in my apartment for months and I just found out my neighbors are in the same predicament. An exterminator has been to my apartment once in the past month, even though I have been calling the apartment office twice weekly and each time I was lied to by the staff. NEW OWNERS SUCK! 1. Manager is unprofessional and Rude. 2. Does not fix things in your apartment in a timely manner. 3. Apartment outdated and mutiple promblems with appliances. 4.Maintence workers don't leave any paperwork when they are in your apartment or fixing something on your apartment. You dont know who is in and out of you apartment.
