It has gotten worse each year. Although they did, finally, paint some of the worst areas. But it is like lipstick on a pig. The buildings are old and rundown. The wood is crumbling at the base of the exterior walls. My deck looks like a bad sunburn with all the peeling paint. The majority of the ponds are dirty and no longer have fountains. I've lived here a couple of years. In the L building. It's gotten worse each year. Although they did, finally, paint some of the worst areas. Before you continue reading, please note that my other Google reviews are overwhelmingly positive. So when I give a low review, it is well deserved. Since no staff is on hand after 6 or on the weekends the pool is a major issue. The gate is not secured so anyone and everyone from the area can come in. And they do, constantly.
