I've lived here a couple of years. In the L building. It's gotten worse each year. Although they did, finally, paint some of the worst areas. Before you continue reading, please note that my other Google reviews are overwhelmingly positive. So when I give a low review, it is well deserved. Since no staff is on hand after 6 or on the weekends the pool is a major issue. The gate is not secured so anyone and everyone from the area can come in. And they do, constantly. Muy buena atención , son muy aplicados con el mantenimiento de los apartamentos
We stayed there for 2 years, it's a nice little place! The management is awesome and understanding. And it's a good place if you commute to work. Shout out to the A building our neighbors were so sweet!!
The "management" is inconsistent, the pool is rarely open during summer and "management" always has some excuse as to why, the property is constantly covered in garbage and abandoned vehicles, the fountains in the ponds haven't worked in years, the bridges are wobbly and unstable, and the walls are all full of mold and it comes back no matter how many times you clean it up, I wouldn't tell anyone to move here
