We stayed there for 2 years, it's a nice little place! The management is awesome and understanding. And it's a good place if you commute to work. Shout out to the A building our neighbors were so sweet!!
The "management" is inconsistent, the pool is rarely open during summer and "management" always has some excuse as to why, the property is constantly covered in garbage and abandoned vehicles, the fountains in the ponds haven't worked in years, the bridges are wobbly and unstable, and the walls are all full of mold and it comes back no matter how many times you clean it up, I wouldn't tell anyone to move here
I've lived here for about 4 years. This place has turned to crap. The amenities aren't really amenities when you can't use them. You can only go to the office if you make an appointment. You can never use the gym bc the office is closed or the gym is locked. But perhaps the most frustrating thing, is somehow, every year on the hottest summer days, the pool is closed "for maintenance". Every summer. I lived here for two years and honestly out of all the apartments I’ve moved around to this was always the best one. Easily the fastest access to I5. You can enjoy all Seattle has to offer without having the hassle of living in the city as you’re 30 min away. Maintenance was always very fast, friendly, and efficient. Never had issues reaching the office and they were always very polite and respectful. Never had issues with packages being stolen or any crime.
