WORSE APARTMENT EVER THIS APARTMENT IS SO BAD. THE HALLWAY STINKS SO BAD. THE CARPETS ARE SO DIRTY. YOU CANNOT BREATH FROM YOUR ROOM TO THE OUTSIDE DOOR. I SUFFOCATE EVERY MORNING FROM MY ROOM TO MY CAR AND VICE VERSA. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS NOT IN THIS LOCATION AND SERVICES ARE SO BAD. I never want to live in an apartment like this again The rooms are very spacious and that is the only good thing about the apartment. Coridors stinks and carpet on coridor is dirty.Management has very poor response to maintenance issues. There is no aircondition in the apartment. An asthmatic patient can really die there. I would not recommend this place for anybody.
Heatherstone | A Great Community! This is a beautiful and contemporary property tucked away in a quiet and very safe part of Mountain View. It is managed by Prometheus, a very modern, professional, and efficient property group. The apartment manager went out of her way to hold the place for us when we were moving and get us the best deal. The perfect place Heatherstone is fantastic. The apartments are roomy, clean, and newly remodeled. The grounds are very well maintained. The staff is super friendly, helpful and quick to respond. If I put in a service request in the morning, through the handy online portal, it's fixed that day. The pool is clean and big, the workout room is nice and rarely full. None Bad customer service,doesn't know how to deal with the problem ,u call for fixing stuff but no return call ,no action on everything,summer its hot but no one is doing there job by cleaning the pool and Opening to used ,high maintenance pay but no improvement
