Lakes Apartments The Lakes apartment is below pa community apartment though price is always higher side when compared any other community on 148th Ave, Bellevue. Recently, three burglary (door break-ins) happened in a span of 15 days. The management has not installed security cameras, patrolling the community is not in place. Pros: 1. None Bad customer service,doesn't know how to deal with the problem ,u call for fixing stuff but no return call ,no action on everything,summer its hot but no one is doing there job by cleaning the pool and Opening to used ,high maintenance pay but no improvement
