It was my home. The best rental experience I have ever had. The team at Moss Creek Apartments are wonderful. The maintenance crew is polite, pleasant and decent people. I have always felt welcome. I travel far and long for work. Moss Creek was my corner of the world. I come home to smiling faces. I will miss you guys.

Sunset Pointe is a great place! I’ve been here for a year and plan to renew my lease for many years. A well maintained courtyard, nice pool, great gym and recreation room. Excellent office and maintenance staff. They probably should hire a new elevator repair company because at times it stops working in the winter and the company isn’t reliable. Other than that, I love it here!
Toured Toured the complex recently and was surprised at how quite it was. The manager was nice,(linda or lindsay), she showed me both sides of the complex, pool, laundry and parking. They have a wall hanger outside the office with all the current opening with prices and what is required which is cool if your hunting late like I do, the managers cell phone is posted on the door which is cool, you wont get an answering service all the time. Greedy and poor management While leaving the apartment, the apartment, was very very clean, without any single stain. but still the management took $450 out of $600 security deposit for studio apartment cleaning. Even if rent is late by 1 day, they charge $100 as fine - no exceptions, but when you have to call them for any maintenance, they don't respond. My rent for studio was more than 1 bed room apartment of my neighbors, and there was always loud music from neighbors - and management took no action even after multiple co... read more
Very bad management If you plan on living here just know that the management is very poor. They do not care about their home owners and will try to break your lease as much as possible. No parking areas at all. You have to park down the street or take a Lyft/Uber if u want to live here from blocks away. Always traffic getting into the apartments. Leaving the complex is very dangerous because of a blind spot near the leasing center. VERY BAD APARTMENTS
Loved this place! Beautiful central courtyard with a stream and a pool. The staff is wonderful and I never heard my neighbors because of the cement slab construction. I loved living here!
Rude staff and roaches everywhere This place doesn’t deserve one star. Don’t rent here. The office staff are rude and unprofessional. Jennifer and Jaime don’t know what customer service means. The property is not safe, my car was broken into multiple times and the office didn’t do anything or care. In the leasing office there are cameras showing areas around the property but it doesn’t matter because when there is a break in the staff won’t be bothered to review them. Quite Place to live We have been here 3 years and It is a nice quite place to be. The staff is just wonderful. We are not just tenants to them we are like family. We can make jokes and with my husbands illness they ask him or I how he is doing quite often. The pool and courtyard make it so relaxing.
You may as well live in the war zone The apartment was actually very spacious and affordable. The neighborhood left something to be desired. If you live here, get ready to have your car broken into or stolen, ticketed or towed for no good reason, and vandalized. You also will find random homeless and drunk people laying outside the fence or on the sidewalk at all hours and possibly using the area as their personal toilet.
