This place became our true home for two years It was the first community we visited scouting Orange County for living and all the rest options we had seen after couldn't stand even close to that one. It looks like an oasis and it differs from others. great Have lived here for about half a year. so far. 1B1BR. Overall, it is a great place to live. It is pricey, yet it is less than other places right now. There are calming streams which feel like having a sound machine outside your window (so beautiful). Maintenance has been awesome so far (1-2 day response, which is typical). Oldie but Goodie At first glance you can see that the buildings are not new, but you also can't help but notice how well the grounds are maintained. I never had any major problems, but when I had any questions, Tracy and her staff were very courteous and professional.
Best experience :) Honestly, this is the best living experience. No complaints about my apartment. It's in a good area close to shopping, next to a school. The girls in the leasing office are amazing. *Chef's kiss.* They literally go out of their way to help. The Maintenance team responds quickly, the same day. I'm glad my friend referred me here, it's a hidden gem. :)

Been here for several years. Absolutely Wonderful. Incredible, almost unbelievable to live here. On-site 24 hour maintenance. Security. Really friendly neighbors, who all are respectful. Gorgeous pool. Daily cleaning, upkeep, landscapers who you actually get to know and workers and staff who genuinely care, live on-site and make an effort to throw cute events and make monthly newsletters. Really lucky to live here and don't plan to move till we can buy a house.
Love The Lakes! I have lived here for about 9 months and I can't wait to renew when my lease is up this year. The grounds are so beautiful and well maintained. Everyone here is welcoming and I have the nicest neighbors! The office and maintenance staff are very responsive and I feel secure and comfortable living at these apartments. I highly recommend living at The Lakes!

It’s ok Good location. Management slow to respond, if at all, to emails or calls. Expect your rent to be raised 10% per year. Management does nothing to enforce terms of lease. Extremely thin walls—some neighbors are very sketchy. Had to call police out once. Get a front door security camera!
8 years we loved it! We lived at Brookside Park Apts fir. 8 years. It is a beautifully maintained apt complex. The grounds are lovely, and not a dog poop to be found. I found the maintenance dept to be prompt and helpful . When my microwave broke I got a another one, when blinds didn’t work, they replaced them, when the garage door mis functioned I got an upgraded garage door opener. Who does that? HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE The Apartment was infested with Roaches?? this apartment has not been remodeled sense this building was built The apartment is not worth the price The staff is uncaring I’ve never seen them leave the office to visualize what tenants problems are. The tenants pay different rent for the same apartment size Find a better place to live that is worth the price. And better class staff.
