Don't be fooled. Cheap paint and cheap water pipes. Flooring is sagging.. surprisingly not falling through. Management will enforce rules before you move in. They make all residents sign off on these mandated house rules. But apparently only a few oblige these rules. I am not able to open my windows due to neighbors smoking in their garage with the door open. Stinking is the whole area. While their cars were parked in front their garage all night. Pretty but not worth it Sunset point used to be great but has become terrible over the past year and a half. First the elevators were constantly out of service which was very difficult when you live on the 4th floor, next the plumbing, they have turned off the water at least once a week due to emergencys for the last 8 months. Absolutely amazing This place is beautiful very well maintained very well priced I've never had any issues 10/10 would recommend
Horrible experience living here For the first couple months it was awesome, but then it was bad. Our car was stolen things got taken off the door, management won’t do anything to help you find anything that’s stolen. I’ve talked to neighbors and people have all said the same thing it is horrible living here. The cameras said are no where to be found. Security doesn’t help with anything. RUDE The ladies who work in the office are the rudest in the area. If you walk into that office, expect to be talked down to.

Enjoy living here I love living here. The building is very solid that has great sound insulation. I am never bothered by noises from neighbors next doors or upstairs. The courtyard is beautiful and has a couple of grills. I enjoy having barbecue, sitting under the tree shade in the courtyard in summer time. I will definitely recommend here.

Quite and Serene Been here 5 years. Love the courtyard. The roses and stream are so beautiful. It is very beautiful during a rainy day. The staff are awesome and during the pandemic still can smile and wave hi through closed doors.

Do not move in here Bad area of town and you can hear almost everything through the walls.

Beware These apartments are very dated. Cabinets, appliances, outlets were in poor condition. Cockroaches were a problem. Management will try to bully you so if you feel you are right on an issue stand your ground. Utilities paid with rent are high (averaging $120 or more per month excluding electric) and there is no detail of what they are for. Don't expect any of your deposit back on move out and they will charge you a huge amount on your final bill to replace the carpet, $750 in our case.
