Beautiful place and very relaxing. Staff is very friendly. Great place to go to relax.
Room was nice, food at Crosswinds was good. Customer service at the Inn was questionable. There was a mix up with a spa reservation that could have been avoided with better communication. We adjusted our schedule to make the appointment, but then it wasn't booked for us. The woman at the desk kept blaming another staff member and never did anything to make the situation right. Enjoyed the ambiance of sitting by the lake! Wine and appetizers were delicious. We will definitely be back again soon!
There were flys everywhere and biting my ankles. They make you pay for bread ($5) the waiter farted and my boyfriend called him out. And then he denied it. Everythjng is over priced
The best word that describes out stay here was perfection!! The food was fantastic! The pino rosa was tasty! The staff was very accommodating and friendly! We did the "date night" package, fantastic value!!!! Thank you for making our mini honeymoon perfection!
