Staff was pleasant and courteous. Very accommodating. Ambience was nice as well, outside the rooms that is. Unfortunately we had a room with a view of stairs and parking lot and very cramped. You could not sit on the toilet without touching the sink. I guess staying in the room was not what they had intended. But event planner, Julie, as very nice as well as the other staff especially Tracy. Thanks all.

Can not say enough about how wonderful it is here! Beautiful. Quiet. And, I'm very comfortable being here during this Covid crisis. They have gone over & beyond what I was expecting to be kept safe. Our included breakfast was delivered to our door in a picnic basket. Staff wearing masks. Very clean environment. A very much needed breaimade even more relaxing. Thank you. 😊
Worth the drive from N. Ridgeville to celebrate our Anniversary. Food and service were both excellent. I ordered the 7 oz. filet. It melted like butter in yiur mouth. So tender and flavorful. My husband ordered the pork chop with a mango salsa w, risotto. Both were excellent choices. The Pinot Grigio wine was an excellent choice by our lovely waitress too. Outside the grounds around the lake were beaitiful, and it was fun watching the bunny family in their yard too.
