Great team for biotech and lab equipment near Boston. They test their equipment beforehand, refurbish if necessary, and provide great support. Brian was especially helpful troubleshooting our incubator and found the issue to solve our problem. Reliable company in a sea of unknown equipment vendors. I'm happy I found them.
Very happy with our cold centrifuge purchase - owner is super easy to work with, excellent packaging, and the equipment is in better condition than we expected. We'll come back again for future purchases.
