We have had a very positive experience with the Lab World Group. The reps are very helpful, especially Joe LaFrange was great with helping get us quotes in time and the entire experience was very smooth. I would definitely purchase from them again.
Lab World Group has been our go-to for refurbished/used scientific equipment purchases for years. Our past orders have included CO2 incubators, and class II biosafety cabinets, water baths, orbital shakers/incubators, etc.. Ordering and shipping has been seamless, and to date, their equipment has always been reliable. I highly recommend them.
I have been working with Joe LaFrange, and it's been a great experience! Ordered a bunch of items, including a homogenizer, rocker, shaker, and electrophoresis power supply. Joe was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Now working to get a microplate reader. Stay tuned for more updates!
Ordered a couple of used stacked shakers. Units arrived promptly and in good condition. Units worked as reported. Units passed inspection done by certified field technician. Would recommend as description on website is accurate. Customer Service was also very good.
I’ve had an excellent experience purchasing used equipment from Lab World Group. The standout feature is the quality. I’ve bought several pieces of used equipment on eBay, and while the descriptions often look great, the actual quality doesn’t compare.
