I have purchased a microplate reader and a -80°C freezer from The Lab World at reasonable prices, and I have been able to use them without any major issues. I consider the company to be reliable.
I've bought equipment from The Lab World Group over several years and they're the first place I check when I need something. Most recently a used Esco horizontal laminar flow cabinet. They answered technical questions directly, sent video of the unit running with an anemometer at the filter face so I could verify performance before committing, and negotiated fairly on price.
