Timely response and great customer service
Great services, from installation to troubleshooting and repairing, very nice and friendly people, and very helpful.
Matt and Joe were very prompt with all responses and tried their best to work with us on the delivery and pricing of equipment. Several other labs on our campus have had great experiences with the quality of refurbished centrifuges that were purchased from the Lab World Group. We would buy from them again.
