Several burglaries and security lapses occurred at the building, so the safety controls are questionable. The building itself is showing its age, for example, the interior carpets are full of dust and look like a relic from a cheap motel. Worst of all is Heidi Manik, the property manager whose incompetence is slowing driving the values down.
