The victory drive location has Very poor customer service employees are rude lack of management very unprofessional . I was in drive thru 0n 2/29/20 at 7:26 am sitting there waiting for my order employee was counting money she never acknowledge my presence or anything did not look out the window at all food was brought over she never attempted to complete my order or anything I say there watching her M count the money all the while waiting saw one employee walking around on his cell phone while taking orders in drive thru . ... read more
I was at the Brandon, MS location at 10:10 p.m. on 12/18/2019 and the lady working at the driving through attitude was unreal (RUDE) that I had to drive off and go to the Pearl, MS location to order my food. I'm not sure of the lady's name but I think she should be notified of her attitude and a change needs to happen. I'm sorry but I can't see myself ever going back to the Brandon, MS location especially around 10:00 p.m.
Poor service and unprofessional. Workers talk negative about customers through speaker.

The manager Ronnie **** at the Krystal on Jefferson Ave. Cookeville, Tn while going through the drive thru today. I gave a coupon and they charged me 3.99 more than the coupon was for. When I ask I was told thats how it rung up thats how it is. So I ask for a refund on my card.Was told he didnt need my card back to refund. As the poor worker was trying to be so polite..The manager said slam the window..I do not see how this business can survive and still dont know if I will see a refund.Very disappointed.
Krystal's always been the place to go too for a great quick meal but lately The Cartersville location has let the workers run this company into the ground I have video footage of a man off the streets behind the counter at 2am leaning talking to current employee who wasn't taking orders no one came to the window to take my order and when I blew my horn to let her know I was there she looked at me and walked off when I blew my horn again she came to the window and stated that the restaurant was closed two hours early due to a... read more
went thru the drive thru ordered 2 burgers and a drink got no napkins called and told them i got no napkins and they hung up ......called back to get a number for someone to help me hung up one me again ......called corp spoke with rose ***** asked for mailing address she refused to give me the address ...... very bad experince
