Horrible to deal with. Called and wrote to corporate, with no response. I have 2 gift cards that they would not honor. Was told that they no longer accept them. Have not been able to use due to Covid 19. Did not see anything in the media stating that would no longer honor the gift cards tha I paid for. Shame on them. Will not be back. I will also become a voice against Krystal.

Krystal restaurant in Lenior City, TN is the worst store I've ever visited in my 63 years... The little girls that are currently running that store, are the two dumbest girls. No order is ever right. Food is cold. Drink is usually not the beverage that was ordered. And never ask for a hot apple pie, because 3 times in a roll of not putting it in the bag. OMG ****** ******** Jr

I ordered the 12 cheese krystals no pickles and no onions, the party chilli cheese fries and half gallon strawberry lemonade combo last night and when it arrived all I was giving was the the 12 cheese krystals. I called the store. I ordered from UberEats and the driver waited for my order at the store for a hour and 45min I ordered my food at 10:45PM driver and as I was in contact with the driver and following the route I didn't get my food til 1:06 AM

On 10/12/2020 I sent my 2 gift cards for reimbursement. Website says 30-90 day refund. I have left a couple of messages by phone as well. No calls or emails returned. Today is 5/6/2021 which is over 6 months. What happened to Krystal? I would like my $30 refund.

I was at the krystals on Ellie ave Jackson ms it was only one car in the drive thru no one in the inside and they told me I had to wait 20 mins on 10 Krystal really that not right it's lazy people in this facility every time I go there it's a problem

Hello I am a loyal customer I want to I want to make this.short.. I.was with my pregnant wife while I was ordering food at the peach orchard road location in Augusta ga... This lady had the worst attitude imaginable had a smart mouth and should not be in food service... She decided not to serve me. As a franchise you let one woman who is not a manager dictate who you can and cannot serve is unacceptable... Hire people who want to work

The manager at the krystal on dauphin st attitude was nasty and disrespectful on 12/5/2020.she refuse service to me and I'm going to get me a attorney for discrimination but for now she need a attitude check by her manager

For one I think your service sucks sat in line 15-20 minutes spent $42 at the store there in Perry every time I come through there I stop there I asked for a milkshake and they went around the corner and add water to your milkshake stuff and said the milkshake machine was putting it out like water and then two people is working at that store we're staying there at the drive-thru window scratching their head while they're messing around with people's food and they're one time did one of them go wash their hands and the one gi... read more
