I went to Krystal drive thru Sunday 10/10/2030 the speaker has not been working for several days, the window was shutdown and the only option was to go inside to order. All of the staff was outside smoking. I pulled up and told them I didn't have a mask with me because I thought I would just place my order thru the speaker. The said it okay I didn't need a mask but mask required sign was on the door. I went to Krystal in Warner Robins Ga on Watson Blvd @ 600am on 11 September 2020 on my way to work. There is a sign hanging that they are a 24/7 hour operation. There were 2 cars in the parking lot and 0 cars in the drive thru. I went to the drive thru to place my order. After approximately 30 secs someone told me they would be with me shortly. I waited an additional 3 minutes and called out to someone to take my order only to be told they're not ready yet that they are doing a shift change. Needless to say, l left hungry b... read more

This is because of how long it takes them to wait on you at the drive through. Sometimes you stay in line at the drive through 20 to 25 minutes or more. This is terrible and the line be very long.

I went to the Krystals located on Normandy Blvd in Jacksonville Fl, around 11:15pm to purchase some wings. When I got to the mic, I was told they were all out of wings. I then proceeded to go to the Krystals on San Juan Avenue, when I arrived at the location before 12am, I was told that location was closed until 5am. After leaving that location, I went to the Krystals on Blanding Blvd, in my third attempt to order wings. I went to krystals tonight and had a horrible experience. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes then get up to the thing to tell them what I wanted and had to repeat it three times. Got up to the window and had to sit for another 10 minutes and finally got my food and drove off only to realize they forgot my fries. Went to sit in line another 10 minutes and finally left. They were very slow tonight

We just visited the Krystal's location in Trussville, AL. We were given a short order and when I brought it to their attention the employee tried to get me to hand the sack back. I told him that was a health issue and I then had to count the items and show him we did not receive what was ordered. He rudely told us to pull up and about 5 minutes later he brought some more burgers and shoved them in my window without gloves on or a face mask. He was rude and could care less. I tried to just tell Krystal about my negative experience on their website. However, whe I put in the correct address of the krystal ( 9986 US Highway 64 Lakeland, TN 38016)The Krystal prompt stating that there was not a krystal at that location. It would allow me to submit a response for a krystal that did not exist. So, here I am! First, Krystal does not want reviews! Krystal, has became the worst fast food restaurant. In the past few years. I have went to two of your business, the service was very bad. They always out of mayo, for your krystal chips. They are standing around on they phone. I went to the one in Whitehaven this past Monday the two guys was standing and talking . I waited for about two minutes before they seeing me. I shared an experience with the corporate office regarding service I received at the Lawrenceville Highway, Decatur GA location. I requested my money back, but received a coupon in the mail for free breakfast or lunch.This is nothing comparable to the almost 50.00 spent and the awful service,long wait time, and incompetent employees. Krystals should be ashamed of themselves!!!
