My family has rented in Maine for summer vacation for several years now and we are very happy with the Knowles Company. Our agent, Kate Chaplin is great. The Knowles Company rental office helped us find the perfect house for our Acadia vacation. Great waterfront location in town in Southwest Harbor. The Knowles team were responsive and attentive.
Mia Thompson and Lili Pew worked very hard to sell our home in Northeast Harbor, ME. It was a difficult job considering the slow economy and the slow real estate market for that area. Nonetheless, they pulled it off, got a decent offer on the house, dealt with the buyer's multiple concerns and the actual sale went through without a glitch. We recommend them.
