Very bad service. starting with an agent that was very rude and did not want to serve anyone. After a call with management, received another agent that was handling things better so i signed with them. After the vacation i was supposed to receive 500$ deposit back and after over a month, 5 phone calls and milion emails and it is still not in my account. Horrible service and a lot of chasing and hard feeling. Not recommending this company!

i contacted them multiple times via phone and email to inquire about rental homes and they never bothered getting back to me. when i rechecked availability on homes the next day they were no longer available. communication would be nice but don't expect it from this company.

Sue Ferrante-Collier was of great assistance to us as our agent for buying the home. She was on top of all the protocol and documents that needed to be completed according to schedule We were in Philadelphia during most of the purchase process and Sue was most helpful in getting a bank contact , and home inspection company lined up as well as expediting the loan process. Sue was very communicative during whole process and knowledgeable.
