My friend and I had the pleasure of taking a Simple Suppers cooking class with Chef Jessica last week on her beautiful farm in Wilsonville. What a blast! If you want to learn to cook a delicious meal while drinking wine and enjoying the company of the fabulous Jessica, you must give it a try! She'll teach you basic techniques that are applicable to not only the meal you'll be preparing, but a variety of other meals as well. Us girls can't wait to bring our men back for a Date Night class!
