What an amazing date! Chef Jessica is SO knowledgeable AND entertaining! I learned so many cooking techniques I can use at home, made new friends, and got to eat a delicious meal!! I will definitely be back to The Kitchen!!

We had an amazing time with Chef Jessica at her farm! We did an apple harvest themed cooking class complete with appetizers, salad, dinner and dessert. Oh and don't forget the constant flow of hard apple ciders from local companies. We can't wait to do many more of these cooking classes! I'll be blaming all my weight gain on Jessica! :)

Chef Jessica brings her beautiful kitchen to life with farm fresh ingredients masterfully mixed into a culinary experience. I attended a jam making course (with special guest Rachel Saunders) and highly recommend it. The Kitchen's setting in Middleground Farms is the perfect combination of charming and chic. Can't wait for more classes in the future!
