This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had. First they’ve had several lawyers on my case and the only way that I found out about it was if I called them, they took 3 years to get medical records that I got for them within 3 days!! They never call or email you until you have to call them and be firm about your case. I’ve never dealt with a firm that doesn’t call or reach out to you ever unless you call them first!!
