This was the first dental visit for our two-year old twins. Even though we were running late for our appt, the office was very accomadateing. I did not expect to get too much work done for their first visit and anticipate some resisitance from the kids. Then I was happily surprised to see both of them were doing so well, getting teeth cleaned and patiently watching dental assistants brushing stuff animal's teeth. Dr. Yip and his staff are AMAZING my when I tell my kids they are going to the dentist they are so incredibly excited about going that they ask every day "is it time to go to the dentist yet?" they not only make the kids feel good about going they also educate them how and why you should be brushing and flossing your teeth...I used to have issues trying to get my oldest son to brush his teeth now I dont even have to tell him to brush his teeth he remembers and wants to do it him self.....all I can say THANK YOU DR. I wish I had Dr Yip when I was a kid
The last 3 appts. we waited a long time to be seen. Our visit only took 10 mins or so. Too long of a wait for a little one or even an adult. I understand there are emergencies that can cause a wait time, but not 3 appts. in a row!

We usually are good about predicting the schedule and children's behavior. You had scheduled on one of the busiest days of the year when school vacation had just started. Sorry about the delay. We'll try to find better times for your little one, such as first thing in the morning or first patient after lunch break.
The office is so kid friendly, it feels like you are there to play. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming and helpful! My son loves seeing Dr. Yip, they are all great with kids!
