Excellent experience. My daughter has Autism and Dr. Yip and his assistants are the only ones that were able to help us and they are so kind and gentle. My daughter does not mind going to the dentist anymore!
My 4 year old really enjoyed her dental experience!
My three kids are always excited when they know they have a trip to Dr. Yipp's office coming up!

My son LOVES going to the dentist, thanks to Dr. Yip and his wonderful staff. He actually gets excited when his appointment is coming up. I wish I had had a dentist like this when I was young.

Dr. Yipp and his assistant were very rude. They had no patience for my son and did not interact well with him at all. Both of them did not give him a chance and got frustrated easliy. For a pediatric office, I was shocked. They have no interaction skills for children. They were forceful and would not allow him to warm up to them. I felt like they were dis-repectful and quick to judge my son.

We like to know what approach parents like us to take. Sometimes it takes a little time to figure a child out! We encourage you to have a discussion with your next dentist in advance to help him/her understand your goals and desired approach with your child.
The dentist office can be such a scary place for kids, but not with Dr. Yip, from the fish and turtle, to games, music, stickers and other prizes, they offered a warm, inviting place for my daughter to get her first check up. She hopped right in the chair and was great by soothing and calming hygentists to get the process started.
Dr. Yip and all the ladies are so amazing. My son has been receiving care for 4 years now. There's no other dentists office like the "kids dentist".
