My son usually bawls his eyes out during a haircut--not a single tear and Felicia was a master with the scissors, he looks great and was easily distracted once he figured out he was getting a haircut! After it was done he wanted to jump in all the other chairs! Thank you to the whole staff for an inviting, kid-friendly environment and good humor when he had a tantrum over leaving! We will be back!
Vanessa is the best. I took my son (almost 2)for his very first hair cut today. He didnt cry at all. She actually made him laugh while cutting his hair. She is like the baby whisper lol. Ill definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank u for the great experience. He looks great.

Vanessa has been cutting my son's hair since he was a little tyke. She does a fantastic job no matter the age of the child, she can do any style or cut. She's super friendly and professional and my son loves her! I love to visit with her while I walt. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with her, she books up fast for a reason! :)
I just had the worst customer service ever. The village at Allen was having some big event next to the salon so it was hard to find a parking space. After 15 minutes of trying to get a spot. I got out of the car ran up to the store and told them I had 2 boys who need haircuts and that I had been trying to find a place to park. They told me they stopped taking customers at 10 mins till close it was exactly 11 mins till 6 which is close. However the girl was unapologetic and told me no. Hi April, I just wanted to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you that day. I do remember the day being very hectic because of the Village event to benefit the Children's Advocacy Center. Which we were also sponsors of. It was also very rainy I agree. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over the events that the Village has or parking spots during that time but, I have shown this review to all employees in hopes of better future results.
