My fave furniture store in Austin. Both locations have gorgeous pieces. Style is retro modern to slight industrial. High quality furniture throughout. The staff is super helpful and if they don’t have what your looking for in their showrooms they most likely have it in their warehouse and can be seen online. I’ve used their delivery service too and the guys were very careful with the large heavy pieces I bought. They set them up and placed them exactly where I wanted. Love everything about Khazana. I contacted the business about a beautiful credenza that I saw online. Since I'm in Colorado, I couldn't see the product live. The salesperson answered all my questions, assured me of the quality, and explained the order process. I did order the piece and I receive continuous updates on when the piece would be delivered. The credenza is perfect - the quality is extremely high, the stain is very good - it is as described and discussed. I highly recommend The Khazana Home Austin Furniture Store.
I ordered a chair from the Khazana that was in stock for a client. They promptly charged my credit card and sent me tracking information. Weeks later, my client let me know that they still had not received the chair. I contacted the Khazana to find out what was going on. They said that they never actually shipped the chair as it had gone out of stock when they checked their warehouse, but that they would have more stock in a few weeks. My client agreed to wait. We had the best experience with Khazana Home Austin, excellent customer service and great quality. We purchased a bookcase and we knew that it's back order and it was OK since they already had the best price in market. When the item was in stock we asked for a price match with another store and to my surprise they went above and beyond about that. The delivery was very quick and smooth and we are really happy with the bookcase, it's a real stunner in our new house, lots of compliments. Thank you Khazana :)
