If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Do not order any furniture unless you are okay with receiving severely damaged items and being forced to keep them. I spent $1300 on a an outdoor furniture set (sofa and 2 chairs). One of the chairs was completely broken and the sofa was damaged. They offered me a $100 discount to keep the items. They claimed that the "free" shipping was so expensive that they couldn't offer me a better discount. I should have just gone to a yard sale. I love this company! First, I love what they have, great furniture that is different, beautiful, and great quality. The customer service was top notch. The items I ordered were shipped to me since I live in Georgia. Everything was packed very well and arrived with no problems. I am still in love with what I have purchased from them!

Love my sofa! It's a very substantial, high quality piece of furniture - unique and beautiful. Customer service had very good knowledge of this product and able to answer all my questions. Ordering and delivery were easy and went off without a hitch. Very satisfied.
In 2017, I received four counter stools from The Khazana. The quality of the finish was poor. My family and I frequently get splinters from these chairs. I emailed them about the issue immediately when the chairs arrived. I received no response from The Khazana. I live in Alaska and our options are limited and challenges abound around getting cool things. Shipping here is a reality that almost always ends a possible transaction. I found some barstools at KH that I had to have. I called them and they were amazing. They didn't hesitate. Of course they charged for shipping, but the cost was reasonable, the sales associate was professional AND friendly AND she knew her product.
