Had them reprogram my key and did an excellent job, the man didn't quit tell the job was done, great job 💯💯💯💪💪💪 I would recommend anytime!!!!
Update: owner came through in a big way. Made our keys and the lock is fine. Thanks. Terrible. We were ignored, treated rudely when we weren't ignored, weren't able to do the job and damaged our lock.
Key Depot wanted to break it and then a young boy wanted me explain why I missed my appointment. I don't know about you but I grew up to respect your elders and your customers not to offend them...it is not your business why I missed the appointment. Either you want business or you don't...bottom line! I will never use them again...I will use CHAMPION LOCK AND SAFE IN SAN ANTONIO, 20 MINS DRIVE WELL WORTH IT!!!! MUCH CHEAPER TOO!! NICER PEOPLE WORK THERE ALSO!!! ������
This place is awesome ! I went in upset because I had lost my house key and needed a duplicate . The young gentleman that helped me left me in tears of complete happiness . He recognized my husbands Navy dog tag and gave me my key free of charge � It was super generous of him and really lifted my spirit.! Thank you ! Vinny Serna came out to make us keys for my husbands 1999 ford truck. We can't thank him enough for his help and honesty. It's hard to find honest companies and The Key Depot is definitely one of them!!!
