This place is awesome! I tried getting my fob programmed at 2 other places, and they couldn't help me at all. Five minutes here and I was good to go!!! Easily saved over $200 by not going thru dealership. Definitely recommend!

I definitely would recommend Key Depot. I’d give their service a 5 out of 5 rating. They took my call and I gave them the address and the young man showed up in 10-15 minutes. My truck is a 2004 Toyota Tundra and is not the easiest vehicle to get into but he did a great job and I was on my way in about 15 minutes. Thanks Key Depot for your prompt and courteous service. The Key Depot in New Braunfels is not a Company anyone should be doing business with. My husband went by there March 3, 2020, paid $200 cash for a new vehicle key. He went to pick it up today, and they said it has been TOO LONG and refused to give him the key or a refund. We are in the middle of a Pandemic, Ms. Georgia. Very unethical and rude.
Returned keys that didn't work asked for refund older gentleman stated he couldn't do that another man then came to the counter asked what was wrong I said 2 of the 4 keys didn't work and asked for refund for all 4 he became angry and told me to leave and never disrespect his shop again. Asking for a refund for products that don't work is disrespectful?? Man has a serious anger problem
