The owner is RUDE, I am surprised they are still in business. Won't be for long !!
Went in to have a new key for my 2007 Honda Pilot cut. They were happy too cut the key for $45. We programmed it using car manuel. But that apparently only programs the "remote" and not the key to actually turn your car on. Key Depot failed to tell us that the additional $50 to program woukd actually make the key work. Cutting the key and paying $45 was worthless. Staff is unfriendly and does not tell the customer the truth about their services.
Staff is above exceptional and professional. Very friendly. Daniel took care of all our needs professionally and with exceptional service. Highly recommend them!!

I left a BMW motorcycle ignition lock Thursday to have keys made, they called me after a couple hours to verify make & model, "not done, will call." I called Friday morning, "not done, will call you." They called me Friday afternoon-chuckling, "The blank turns fine, it's done." 30 mile round-trip, the blank works only on 2 positions of a 3-position switch. They were fast to arrive and after 5 hours of work, did a really nice job. HOWEVER They are poor at clearly stating the cost upfront and changed it several times. Didn't relay that there would have been extra charges for processing a credit card. Since we are a place of business, we asked to be invoiced because we require 2 signatures and the lady that handles the invoicing stated very rudely "most people know you have to pay upon completion of service". My daughter locked herself out of the house. Called this company, and they had trouble understanding her and ended up making her cry. This lady was apparently the owner and proceded to tell me how it was my daughters fault that they made her cry.
Eddy came to get my car unlocked after I accidentally left my keys in it yesterday at Schlitterbahn. We had just gotten there and parked and wanted to just get the keys now instead of waiting till after we were done in the park. He came and struggled with getting it open for a littler bit, but ended up getting to the door handle and opening it that way. Everybody should have a locksmith programmed in their phone. I just had my first experience with The Key Depot. They will now be my go to locksmith. Fast service, and friendly staff. If you need a locksmith, go use them.
