I recently purchased a home in which the seller was represented by a member of the Blain team. I'm sorry to say there were many issues that came up from start to finish. The first was the guarantee, upon first seeing the home, that the window coverings (wood blinds) would be repaired. The selling agent personally told us this would happen. (It didn't.)
