I’ve lived in this building for many years, and I can honestly say the difference since Adrian came on board has been incredible! Both our superintendent and maintenance, Alfredo go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. The building is always spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming. I am a tenant in this building. When I signed a rental contract for the house, they told me that we will give you a car park for a year for free, and when I moved, I asked in the parking lot, they told me that we did not agree on this.
The manager Diana is so helpful and provide us with impeccable accommodating services. The building is very new, clean and well maitained , and also at a very good location , just a walking distance to Sobeys, , Tim Hortons bank, etc. Highly recommended !
My brother paid a visit in September and he would like to commend Diana and her staff on how clean the building is kept. He has visited many times and noticed that even the garage is neatly kept. He loves to visit and he also wanted me to say how thankful he was that he could park in front of the building . My brother lost his sight (he has 5% left) in April 2021 and was glad that his wife was able to use the handicap spot close to the building. I (Helen Szucs) am writing this on his behalf. Thanks you. We recently moved to Dartmouth from BC. It was a big change but luckily we found Skyline Living. Diana and Chris were always willing to help and made sure all our needs were met. Elliott was not only efficient but put our needs at heart. All staff made our move-in a smooth one. We feel respected and well taken care of. We are grateful to have found this apartment our new home.
