The Kelvin is a rare gem at a time when many developers are building massive complexes with little to no personal service. The Kelvin Apartments & Condos are built for style, intimacy, passion for living and each is unique in floor design. The staff is first rate, they are professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating, you just can’t ask for a better team.
We Love living here! We can’t wait to get Home Sweet Home every Day. Thank you to our wonderful Manager Jeff and Leasing agent Christy. Along with the great Maintenance crew who is there and responds almost immediately to any request. The residents are a community here . Lots of friendly interaction while walking our Dogs, or just hanging out near the Pool . Thanks for all you do to make this a very High End Luxury but comfortable Community to Live in
Love this place! I have lived at The Kelvin for nearly 2 years and I still love it. From the staff to the amenities, this community is high end!!!
This place is one of the worst complexes in Irvine and the worst “luxury” complex in Orange County. Luxury, my ass. I don’t know what’s luxurious about this dump. Look at a lived in apartment not a model and ask to talk to tenants. You’d be surprised. This place is horrible.
The Kelvin is the ideal location for central Irvine. It has that boutique hotel feel, the floorplans are great, but the entire team and their customer service is top notch! They are � friendly too! �
