So far, not too impressed!! Made an appointment to tour a 3 bedroom apartment and when we got there, after a 45 minute drive, were told that since my wife didn't have her driver's license with her we couldn't take a tour. I had mine and we're both in our 70's, but that didn't matter. I guess they have enough customers without making any exceptions to policy or using a little common sense.
