This doctors office is the worse, and I went to see Dr. Jacinto last month. I had already had my family physician fax over my referral to see Dr. Jacinto weeks before my appointment. The day of my appointment they told me they never received the faxed when, I know for sure my family physician faxed it to them twice. So they told me if I had it to email it to their office email address. I emailed it to them twice during my office visit, and one of the front desk staff members told me she received it. If you like being put on hold all the time and being told someone will call you back but never does, then this place is great.
I cannot recommend the Kaufmann Clinic, Dr. Kaufmann, Perry Westberry and the rest of his excellent staff highly enough. Many of them have been with him for decades and there is an ambience of true caring, warmth and professionalism that is very rare these days. Walk-ins are always welcome, also something not often tolerated or even available, and patients are remembered both as individuals and with detailed familiarity with their specific needs. Dr.Perry was just from his vacation and had many patients to see.So not to keep me waiting he sent an assistant to help.She was very nice and helpful.But informed us to wait for Dr.Perry sence I am among one of his special people (smile)Got my Flu shot and blood work. I’m new to Atlanta and as is the usual case, one must at times rely on the recommendations of new friends who are otherwise really only strangers to acclimate. By the grace of god, I found Dr Kaufmann and his wonderful staff. They were polite, welcoming and patient with me as I stumbled through the documentation process.
