This place is transformative. During and especially after two weeks of treatment with both Dr. Martin and Dr. Shipley, I felt a complete paradigm shift with respect to how I view myself, to how relate to others, and to how participate in the world. The receptionists are kind and understanding and the psychiatrist I was paired up with was kind and well-intentioned. The place itself was easy to get to and there is ample free parking. However, I was hoping to finally be heard and believed about my experiences, especially since women are often misdiagnosed or underdiagnosed and dismissed, but my last session felt invalidating and I'm not sure I will continue sessions.

Loved my psychiatrist Dr. Martin but had to switch because getting in contact with them for ANYTHING was impossible. I’d call, leave a voicemail since no one answers, no call back. They prefer message. I message, no response. I was out of my meds for 10 DAYS until they refilled it because no one was responding. They need a better receptionist. Wouldn’t recommend.
